Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final, except for where the item is damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent.

We custom print our products based on what the customer orders. This allows us to provide a lower cost of the item to the customer and eliminates the need to rent and stock a warehouse of our products. Therefore, it's very important to place your order for the correct item, size, color, etc., because refunds and exchanges will not be given for buyer error or buyer remorse.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Do not send your purchase back without first contacting our support team.

If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, then reach out to our support team at FuntellaStudio@gmail.com within 14 days of the shipment. Please also send pictures showing the issues that you have with the item.

We will not be able to give you a replacement if more than 14 days have gone by from the date you received your item.

Once we have received and inspected the issues from the pictures, we are able to make a determination and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. We will send you an email to notify that a replacement has been processed and is on its way.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
